Yesterday, Huawei held a launch event for its P60 series and flagship products in Munich, Germany, bringing the Huawei P60 series and the Huawei MateX3 foldable phones to the European market. Meanwhile, the new Huawei WATCH 4 Series flagship smartwatch was also unveiled at the European launch event.
The Watch comes in three versions in Europe, with the black Huawei Watch 4 costing €449 (Note: Igeekphone: The titanium Huawei Watch 4 Pro costs 699 euros (about 5,305 yuan) and the brown leather version costs 549 euros (about 4,167 yuan). Pre-orders will be available from June 22.
Huawei Watch 4 Pro features a 48mm titanium case, a 1.5-inch LTPO AMOLED display covered in sapphire glass, and weighs just 48g. The Huawei Watch 4 is smaller, with a 46mm stainless steel case.
With built-in TruSeen 5.0, Huawei Watch 4 Pro supports a range of health features, including arterial hardness testing, skin temperature detection, ECG, SpO2 monitoring, TruSleep tracking and heart rate monitoring, among others. Notably, It was previously revealed that it would also support non-invasive blood sugar testing, but igeekphone could not confirm this for now.
It’s worth noting that the Huawei Watch 4 Pro and Watch 4 also have a feature called the “7pm Health Overview”. As the name suggests, it detects and displays a breakdown of seven metrics for you in one minute, including heart rate, SpO2, pressure, skin temperature, electrocardiogram, arterial stiffness and respiratory data.
In addition, Huawei Watch 4 Pro and Watch 4 are EsIM-compatible, have built-in GPS, and have many other features, such as driving range mode, free diving mode, and more. The Watch supports 5ATM water resistance and 4.5 days of battery life (21 days in ultra long mode), compared to 3 days for the Watch 4 (14 days for ultra long mode).
