At the end of January, Roland Quandt, known for his generally reliable twitter channel @rquandt, published an overview of three smartphones within the new P20 range from Huawei. This included the Huawei P20, the Huawei P20 Plus, and the Huawei P20 Lite. These smartphones are officially revealed in Paris on 27 March. Thanks to the information leaked in the past we have seen their appearance. This time the social network Weibo, which posted a photo of the blue Huawei P20 Lite, appeared in real life with a clear back design.
The photo shows the blue model of the smartphone in question, the color option that, according to Roland Quandt, will live under the name ‘Klein Blue’. On the back, we see a dual camera setup that is designed vertically with LED flash underneath, a convenient fingerprint sensor and a backlit Huawei logo. The secondary camera would only be a 2-megapixel depth camera, so the Leica naming is missing.
Furthermore, the latest rumors speak it is likely that the product will be launched in certain markets as the Huawei Nova 3e. On the hardware configuration, the device is equipped with a 5.84-inch screen, a Kirin 659 processor, coupled with 4GB Ram and 64GB internal memory. Its dual cameras with 16MP + 2MP and the operating system will be EMUI 8.0 based on Android Oreo 8.0. In addition, the device will receive a battery capacity of 3520mAh. More technical details are missing, but the price is already being discussed. The Huawei P20 Lite would be sold for $410 in the counter.
