Still, with a reasonable stock of intermediate chips, today, the Chinese manufacturer unveiled its latest smartphone and, well, a new chip. The Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G LOHAS, a new version of the already known Nova 7 SE now hit the road in China. The interesting part of this launch is that it comes with a new Kirin 820E SoC, which a new version of the also already known Kirin 820 processor.
The Huawei Nova 7 SE LOHAS Edition (whose acronym in English means Healthy and Sustainable Lifestyle ) comes with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD punch-hole display. This display supports the resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels (full HD + resolution) and an aspect ratio of 20: 9. At the end of the software, it comes with Android 10 (EMUI 10.1) out-of-the-box but of course, there will be no GMS.
Apart from the new Huawei Kirin 820E SoC, this device also comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Storage via the NM card is expandable up to 256GB. In addition, this smartphone comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
In the camera department, the Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G LOHAS Edition comes with a quad-rear camera setup. The main shooter is a 64MP camera with an f / 1.8 aperture. Supporting this sensor is an 8MP ultraviolet lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. On the front side, this smartphone comes with a 16MP camera for selfie.
Under the hood, there is a 4000mAh battery that supports 40W fast charging. In terms of connectivity, this phone supports dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, USB-C, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Price and Availability
This Huawei Nova 7 SE 5G LOHAS Edition comes with a 2299 yuan ($355) price tag. It will start selling from 23 January and is available in four colors, which include silver, green, black and purple.
