It became known that the Chinese company Huawei intends to increase the number of 5G-enabled smartphones released by launching the Nova 6. Recently, the company has officially confirmed a quick announcement by posting on the Weibo network an image announcing that the Nova 6 5G will be unveiled on December 5.

Now the manufacturer has released a short commercial video, which reveals that the smartphone is made with the focus on creating high-quality selfie pictures. Furthermore, at the top of the display is a cutout that houses a dual front camera that allows users to take high-quality photos with super-wide-angle 105°.
On the back, it will have a quad-rear camera. It’s rumored to be using a 60MP Sony IMX686 main sensor, along with a 16MP ultrawide camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and most likely a 2MP macro lens.
There is no specific information about the hardware of the device, but it is with great confidence that the developers used the brand Kirin 990 single-crystal system in the Nova 6 5G, as it is currently the only Huawei chip to support 5th-generation communications networks.
It is also envisaged that the device will receive a fingerprint scanner located on the side of the body. A separate leak on Weibo details that the Nova 6 5G will have a 6.44-inch 1080p IPS LCD panel and a 4000mAh battery with 40W fast-charging.
3C certification has shown that Huawei is preparing two versions of Nova 6, one of which will receive 5G support and the other will be deprived of this feature. It is still unknown whether the smartphone will be sold outside China. It is likely that this information, as well as the cost of the Nova 6 5G, will be announced at the official presentation.
