In March, the Chinese manufacturer Huawei announced the Nova 4e, leaving aside the perforated screen to adopt the notch in the form of a drop and betting on a 32MP front camera. Now, the 5th generation of the Nova family is about to see the light and Huawei has confirmed that the new Nova 5 will be presented on June 21.
The social network Weibo has been once again the place chosen by Huawei to confirm the date of the presentation of the Nova 5: Friday, June 21. The announcement has come from the hand of a comment that speaks of the “new devices of the series Nova 5”, which suggests that there will be more than one terminal.
The brief 10-second video that accompanies this announcement does not disclose any details of the new phones, but a supposed Huawei Nova 5i has already appeared in the certification entity TENAA revealing some of its features.
According to that list of specifications, the Nova 5i will have a 6.4-inch FullHD + IPS screen with a hole in the upper left corner to accommodate the 24MP front camera. Inside, it will have the Kirin 710 processor, along with 6 or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
The TENAA listing also suggests that the Huawei Nova 5i will come with a 3900mAh battery, fingerprint reader, EMUI 9 on Android 9 Pie and, as a star feature, a quad rear camera composed of a 24MP main sensor, another secondary of 2MP, another depth of 2MP and a TOF camera. It will be available in black, blue or red.
As for Huawei Nova 5, some rumors and leaks speak of a 6.39-inch AMOLED screen with integrated fingerprint reader, the Kirin 980 processor, a 48MP sensor for the rear camera and a 4200mAh battery with charge fast This last data appeared in the 3C certification entity , but the rest must be taken with tweezers because they are not confirmed characteristics.
