Huawei announced earlier this month that it plans to curtail activity in the smartphone market due to complications from Western sanctions. But do not assume that the Chinese company will stop producing other equipment. According to a leakster on the Chinese social network Weibo, the new monitor from Huawei will be called Huawei MateView. Initially, the company will launch two models.
The first is mainly aimed at professionals. It will have a 32-inch screen. On the other hand, the second monitor is specially oriented for gamers and has a 42-inch curved screen. This was the one certified by 3C in March.
In addition to revealing the size of the screens, the leakster also shared low-quality images from these monitors. Meanwhile, the IThome website had already shared the main specifications of these two monitors a few days ago.
At this time it is known that the 32-inch monitor from Huawei will have a 4K screen and a resolution of 4500 × 3000 pixels. To this is added a proportion of 3.2. We also have 10-bit color, HDR400 certification, and a screen body ratio close to 100%.
On the other hand, the 42-inch monitor from Huawei will have a 3K + monitor with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels, a refresh rate of 165Hz, and an aspect ratio of 21: 9. It also has two speakers.
Finally, another user says that the two monitors will be launched together with the Huawei Matebook on 16 May. It remains for us now to wait for the launch of these two new devices and above all for the prices. It is that a good quality/price ratio will be essential to be successful in the market.
