Huawei will announce Huawei Mate 40 series in September or October, which includes three models, namely Mate 40, Mate 40 Pro, and Mate 40 Pro+. We already know that they will be powered by the Kirin 9000 chipset that will be made official on September 3rd. However, we still don’t know everything because there were some contradictory leaks with respect to the shape of the rear camera.
In this regard, at present, the renderings of these phones have been exposed. So, now, let’s take a look at the differences in the appearance of these phones based on the exposed renderings.
Judging from the renderings, the all three upcoming models of Huawei Mate 40 series features a dual-punch hole and curved screen design, but compared with the Mate 40, the screen of the Mate 40 Pro and Mate 40 Pro+ seems to be more curved. The four-frame control of all phones is excellent, and the front visual impression is very good. In addition, the three phones all retain the physical volume buttons.
The biggest design difference in the Mate 40 series is the arrangement of the rear cameras, which is arranged in different ways and are highly recognizable. Among them, Mate 40 has triple rear cameras with the flash in the upper left corner of the camera module.
While Mate 40 Pro has a quad-camera setup with the flash in the center of the cameras and Mate 40 Pro+ has five cameras with the flash in the upper left corner of the camera setup. The rear cameras of all three Smartphones have a circular design and are located at the top center of the back.
But having said that, before the new phone is released, the camera arrangement of these phones is generally difficult to confirm. Whether the Mate 40 series will adopt such a camera design is still uncertain. Huawei has not yet announced the date of the presentation of the Mate series, but there is information that the event will take place on September 3.
