Recently news leaked by @RODENT950 that both Huawei Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro use 90Hz high refresh rate displays.
According to previously exposed information, both Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro use hyperboloid flexible screens. This is the first time that the Mate series is equipped with curved screens as standard.
Not only that, but Mate 40 and Mate 40 Pro support 90Hz high refresh rate for the first time, and are also the first high refresh rate models in the Mate series.
In the core configuration, the Mate 40 series will be equipped with Kirin 9000 series flagship processors.
Previously, Huawei’s consumer business CEO Yu Chengdong said at the China Information Technology Hundreds Conference 2020 summit that the Mate 40 series will be equipped with Huawei 9000 chips, built on TSMC’s 5nm process, and have more powerful AI capabilities and CPU and GPU speeds.
