Honor, which is a sub-brand of Huawei, is getting ready to launch the latest Honor V40 series smartphones. The exact date is not known yet, but it should be soon. Thanks to the new information, we can learn some of the technical specifications and appearance, through render images.
Such information was provided on his Twitter by a user named RODENT950. According to his shared rendering, the Honor V40 series smartphones have a curved display with two holes for housing a dual front camera. The rendering also suggests that these devices may be available in purple and blue, as well as a triple configuration for the rear camera and the Honor branding clearly visible on the body.
According to what has been leaked and going down specifically, Honor V40 could be equipped with a 6.72-inch Full HD + display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, unlike Huawei Mate 40 Pro and Mate 40 Pro +, which sport a 6.76 inches Flex OLED display with a resolution of 2376 x 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90Hz.
The smartphone should also be equipped with the company’s latest SoC model, namely the Kirin 9000, while the V40 Pro + could be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ CPU. The differences between the variants are also present in the photographic sector, with the Pro + version which differs from the Pro for the presence of four rear cameras, of which the primary sensor could be a lens with a resolution of 50MP.
Accompanying fast charging, there is support for 40W wireless charging. This is all that has emerged about the Honor V40 series Smartphones. All that remains is to wait for the launch to confirm what has been revealed and to have a more complete picture.
