The first smartphone with 5G support from the Chinese manufacturer will be Honor V30, a device that should have a square camera and a display with a hole for the selfie camera ( double in the case of the older brother Pro ). The device is expected this month – in China – and today President George Zhao confirmed the presentation date, during a live dedicated to 11.11.
But let’s take a step back first. Recently a registered trademark has appeared, with reference to the Camera Matrix feature. Just during the aforementioned live, a user asked the executive for details about this news.
George Zhao has not been unbuttoned in this regard, merely labeling the feature as a “turning point in smartphone photography”. Moreover, the president of the Chinese company has confirmed the date of the presentation of Honor V30, set for November 26th.
Consequently, it is reasonable to imagine that this technology or functionality called Camera Matrix will debut onboard the brand’s next flagship. The manager revealed nothing else but announced that AI support will be one of the strengths of the device.
According to what has been leaked so far – still awaiting confirmation – the Honor V30 will have the Kirin 990 5G chipset on board and will be equipped with an LCD display with a hole for the selfie camera. On the back, there will be space for a triple camera with a 60MP main sensor. There should also be a Pro variant to the appeal and here you can find all the differences with the standard model.
