Honor, a subsidiary of Chinese smartphone maker Huawei, officially introduced Honor 9N in the Indian market which is the global version of the Honor 9i model introduced in China last month. Honor 9N is a very favorable price for its features, may be one of the first choices of those who do not want to pay the fortune to their flagship phones.
The Smartphone has a 5.84 “screen with Full HD + resolution, ie 2280 × 1080 pixels, plus 2.5D curved glass and 19: 9 aspect ratio. As has already become a trend in the market, although there are users who do not appreciate, the 9N brings a notch at the top.
Inside, we have a processor from Huawei itself, the Kirin 659 octa-core, along with the Mali T830-MP2 GPU. It is possible to buy the smartphone in three variants: the first delivery 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, the second 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, and the most powerful has the same 4GB of RAM but with 128GB of storage. However, the user can expand the internal memory up to 256GB via microSD. To keep the device connected, Honor has inserted a 3000mAh battery.
In the camera department, the N9 arrives with two sensors in the rear, the main being 13MP, and the secondary 2MP. Both have f / 2.2 aperture, autofocus and phase detection. On the front, there is a 16MP camera for selfies, which supports facial unlocking. The digital reader can also be used to take pictures, answer calls, stop alarms and view notifications, for example.
Honor N9 also brings the “Game Suite”, which allows users to play to be call interruptions or notifications. In addition, another interesting feature is the “Party Mode”, which enables the synchronization of music with up to seven devices. In software, the device runs the EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo. Honor also promised to make GPU Turbo technology available very soon. With it, gaming performance increases by 60%, and the smartphone saves up to 30% power.
The Honor 9N starts at Rs 11,999 ($175) and it is available in four color options: Midnight Black, Sapphire Blue, Lavender Purple and Robin Egg Blue, but unfortunately you can’t buy any other one except the Black right now. According to the manufacturer, sales start on July 31 and it will be on sale at Flipkart.
