Honor, a sub-brand of Huawei, is set to release its flagships, the Honor 30 and 30 Pro, as part of an online event next week. They will be official on April 15, along with other announcements that accompany their launch. Before the presentation, thanks to the various leaks that appeared online. However, today Honor officially teased a video that shows the real Honor 30 Pro.
It reveals that the device comes with a dual-punch hole display. It seems that the hole will be smaller than that of Huawei P40 Pro.
Besides, both the screen and the rear window will be curved on the Honor 30 Pro. This is not a new solution, but in this case, everything is implemented in such a way that the smartphone has almost no lateral edge. The frame is so narrow that it will not be visible from a distance.
Whether this will affect the structural strength and grip comfort. We will find out after the smartphone enters the market, but the device will look unusual. There is also a rear camera matrix. The Honor 30 series packs a thickness of 8.07 mm and weighs only 185 grams.
Specifications
The Honor 30 will use a new Kirin 985 processor that will be unveiled at the same event. While the top model, Honor 30 Pro, will use the top power of the Kirin 990 5G used in the Huawei P40 Series.
