The new Honor 20 Pro will debut only during an event scheduled for May 21, 2019, in London, but in the meantime, different renderings have emerged that show the colors that will be available.
According to the leaked, Honor 20, Pro will be available in black, green/blue and pearly white and will be the company of the younger brother Honor 20 as top-of-the-range in the Huawei sub-brand range. As can be seen from the renderings, smartphones “will take inspiration” from the new P30 and P30 Pro as regards design and technical features.
In particular, Honor 20 Pro will have a particularly advanced rear camera section with four cameras (one of which will serve as a 3D TdF sensor). There will also be a camera with a periscopic design that can take advantage of its high-level zoom structure.
The main sensor of Honor 20 Pro will be a Sony IMX600 which should guarantee good if not the excellent quality of the photographs. Inside this smartphone, the HiSilicon SoC Kirin 980 will not be missing, capable of not regretting other high-end solutions in terms of performance.
To learn more about the Honor 20 family, we will have to wait until next May 21, the date set for the official presentation. For the moment we know that the display will be a 6.1 inch OLED for Honor 20 and slightly larger for Honor 20 Pro. The fingerprint sensor will be integrated into the screen. The chosen SoC is the Kirin 980 with 6GB of RAM for the basic version and 8GB for the Pro.
The price of the new Honor 20 Pro should be more than a hundred euros lower at launch, allowing users to bring home a concentration of technology at (relatively) accessible costs.
