HarmonyOS is huawei’s self-developed distributed operating system, which was officially released on August 9, 2019. Since its launch three years ago, HarmonyOS has continuously brought new features and experiences to consumers, making it the fastest growing smart terminal operating system in the world.
In particular, the powerful all-scene interconnection capability, based on which the hyperterminal function allows multiple devices to cooperate and help each other, simple and convenient control, universal card allows the service to be easily transferred across terminals, smooth performance makes the device more convenient to use, and privacy security protection makes everyone feel more at ease.
The new HarmonyOS 3 brings further improvements to HarmonyOS in terms of smoothness, privacy, UI design, and the Hyperterminal, according to our testing experience.
In addition to the privacy interface update, there are also new clipboard privacy protection, fuzzy positioning, redesigned App access record interface, and the system built-in anti-fraud function, which has a big improvement in privacy protection.
In UI design, this generation will also add super desktop, lock screen card, folder size can be adjusted and other functions.
HarmonyOS 3’s SDK API upgrade to Version 8 significantly enhances the JS/eTS application development capabilities of HarmonyOS 3.
The upgraded SDK further improves its ArkUI and ArkCompiler capabilities, enabling the JS/eTS language to support complex interface rendering, which increases the startup speed of JS applications by around 50%.
