A photo of a metal mock-up of Google’s Pixel 6A phone has been exposed by XLEAKs7, revealing the phone’s form. It’s slightly smaller than the Pixel 6 / Pro, has a dual rear camera, a flash on the right and a similar camera module. According to the source, the phone will use a 12.2MP IMX363 sensor for the main camera and a 12MP IMX355 for the ultra wide-angle camera.
Google Pixel 6A still has a hollowed out screen on the front, which is expected to be straight. In addition, a circle at the top of the screen indicates the location of the fingerprint identification module below the screen. Earlier sources said the phone has an 8MP front camera and uses IMX355 sensors.
Otherwise, the phone looks very similar to the Pixel 6, with volume and power buttons on the right side and a Type-C port on the bottom. The Pixe 6A is expected to use the same Tensor chip as the other two, but will retail at a lower price. In addition, the phone will do away with the 3.5mm headphone jack.
