4 months have passed since the launch of the Google Pixel 4 and obviously the Mountain View giant is already looking further, working on the next generation of Big G flagships, the Google Pixel 5. Although there are still several months to their debut, expected not earlier than at least another 8 months.
Well, our beliefs turned out to be completely wrong, today Jon Prosser, from Front Page Tech posted a video on YouTube showing the first renders corresponding to Google Pixel 5. Of course, it was limited to show a part of its back cover, nothing from the front or other sections.
It is noted that the image shows the design of one of the three early prototypes of the Google Pixel 5 XL. Therefore, it is possible that the final design of the device will be different.
The render shows the back of the smartphone. The device is equipped with a protruding block of a multi-component camera, which is located in the center in the upper part of the housing. It is known that the camera will combine the main optical module, an element with wide-angle optics and a telephoto module. Of course, a flash is provided.
The official launch of the Google Pixel 5 and Pixel 5 XL is expected to take place no earlier than October. To precede it there will be the official presentation of the Pixel 4a series, cheaper, which is about to debut at the next Google I / O 2020 in early May. So we will certainly still have time and a way to get to know this and the other Big G projects more closely about their flagships.
