A week after the release of Android 13 QPR2 Beta 3, Google has once again released the latest update for its Android 13 quarterly update test platform, with version QPR2 Beta 3.1.
Although not a major update, version T2B3.230109.004 also contains some important Bug fixes.
According to Google’s release notes, two bugs have been fixed in this release. One is a Bluetooth module issue that “may allow out-of-line writing due to memory corruption.” The second is a fix for some missing Romanian translations in the system.
For those currently running the beta, you can start updating by going to the System Update screen from the System section of the Settings menu. This version is only about 21MB in size, and I believe it will be a quick download.
For those of you who have never used the Android beta, you will need to register with the Android Beta project first in order to receive updates.

Of course, you can download the firmware manually, but it’s best to back up important data on your phone first. iGeekphone reminds that the Android beta is currently only available for Pixel 4a, Pixel 4a 5G, Pixel 5, Pixel 5a, Pixel 6 or Pixel 7 series devices.
