The production of a atomizing core is always about the taste first, and then the life. Longevity is based on good taste. If the taste is not satisfactory, the manufacturer will not evaluate the life of the core.
The taste of atomizing core can not be evaluated by machine, but can only be sucked by artificial products. The secret to good taste comes from:
Heating plate

When mixing smoke, R & D engineers need to find a balance between the above three points and smoke oil.
1. Different materials of the heating sheet have different effects. Hua Chengda COTTONX future cotton core uses customized N406 alloy heating sheet, which is characterized by fast heat conduction and not easy to accumulate carbon.
2. The design of heating sheet includes thickness, material, length and width, and circuit design. The requirements are very precise. Even a change of 0.01 millimeters in length, width and thickness can drastically change the taste. Because thickness affects heat conduction (if the mesh is too wide, it will lead to heat dispersion), heat affects evaporation rate, which in turn affects taste.
3. Oil storage cotton The material, density and winding mode of cotton are very important factors. Cotton density is high, the ability to lock oil is strong, oil will slow down, there will be the risk of burning; On the other hand, the density is small, the oil transfer speed is fast, but easy to leak. After the heating wire is energized, the working temperature is only about 200 degrees if there is smoke oil neutralization. So the speed of fuel intake will affect the life and taste. Good cotton should be fast oil guide, oil lock ability, high temperature resistance, so that it is not easy to paste core.

There is no fixed answer. It can be said that empiricism is supreme in this science. Experienced engineers can adjust the suction automatically according to the situation on site: is the cotton sheet packed with a thick layer, slow oil intake and affect the aroma? Or, heating sheet heating temperature is not enough, mesh wire diameter and resistance value how to adjust?
Sometimes, the collocation of cotton is not reasonable, it is necessary to change the heating temperature of the mesh, the fragrance is lifted; Sometimes, the inlet effect of cotton is not good, and the density of the mesh needs to be adjusted. The key is to find a balance between the speed of oil intake and the speed of atomization.
Mixing cigarettes is like trying on clothes. You have to fit them. Different fume oil has different consistency or formula, engineers need to provide different solutions for this, in order to meet the customer’s taste requirements.
Taste is a very personal experience. Everyone has different opinions on the aroma, sweetness, humidity and reducibility of the same taste. Life of atomizing core
In terms of the factors affecting the life of atomizing core, the external causes, the proportion of smoke oil is relatively large. The thick consistency and chemical impurities of the smoke oil are related to the life of the atomizing core. The thicker and more impurities of the smoke oil, the greater the work load brought to the atomizing core, just like the body condition of an overeater is not as good as that of a person with a balanced diet.
Aside from the external causes, atomizing core itself, the biggest threat to its life is “carbon”.
Carbon deposition is the residue after atomization. It appears as a black, pulpy filament.
Atomizing residue too much, will lead to burning cotton core, taste is mushy. If the electronic atomizer has been working, the temperature has been maintained at about 200 degrees, there will be no carbon accumulation. And to the later stage, there is little smoke oil, the oil storage cotton feed speed slows down, and the working voltage does not change, the temperature of the heating sheet will rise, carbon will be rapidly generated in large quantities, and then harm the life of the atomizing core.
