Elephone is now building very interesting smartphones and currently seems to be working on something new again. As one can see from a recent leak directly from China, the manufacturer is working on a new smartphone with a very high ratio of display to housing. In fact, the smartphone will be almost completely borderless and that without a disturbing notch for many.
Elephone is based on the design of the Vivo Nex and sets like the big role model on a pop-out camera. The front camera is therefore in an extendable module, which appears only when needed and thus creates more space for the display. Elephone goes one step further and not only equips the pop-out module with a single sensor but also installs a dual camera. In addition, you move the module into the middle of the smartphone. On the Vivo Nex, the module is slightly offset in the left area.
Thanks to this design, the new Elephone phone whose final name is not yet known to offer a display ratio of a hefty 95%. With this, Elephone once again increases what has already been achieved with the Elephone U and Elephone U Pro very well.
As the Chinese magazine reports, the device should have an efficient processor from the high-end segment and be equipped with plenty of memory. Wireless Charging should also be supported. Only on a fingerprint sensor in the display Elephone seems to renounce. On the leaked pictures you can see a sensor on the back.
The rear dual camera looks similar to the one that Xiaomi currently uses. The LED flash is located in the middle of the vertically aligned module, exactly between the two camera sensors. There is a small dimple below, which indicates a laser autofocus. For now, we could as a good courtesy this as a judgment device that will be a prolonged approach from being official. But then, we never can tell. As time goes on, serve sum will emerge. We’ll keep we updated as some-more sum emerge. More official news will be released here.
