Before the press conference on November 5, German blogger Nils Ahrensmeier leaked the official images of DJI Mavic 3 and Mavic 3 Cine drones.
According to the picture, the DJI Mavic 3 still uses a folding body solution, which is more portable overall. The streamline of the body is very similar to the previous generation, but there is a very eye-catching change. Its gimbal camera adopts a dual-camera solution. Su’s big logo is very conspicuous, and it should be an imaging style that has been tuned together with Hasselblad.
Judging from the information marked on the appearance of this dual-camera module, the two cameras should correspond to independent wide-angle and telephoto functions. The wide-angle has an aperture of f2.8, and the telephoto lens should support 7x zoom. A wider range of application scenarios supports more shooting methods.
Earlier there was news that the DJI Mavic 3 will support 5.7K video shooting, while supporting ProRes RAW video recording, and the picture quality will be further improved.
In addition, the news also said that Mavic will have a built-in 1TB storage capacity, equipped with a 5000 or 6000mAh capacity battery, which can provide more than 40 minutes of flight endurance.
At the same time, Mavic 3 also improved the obstacle detection function, the obstacle avoidance sensors on the front and rear of the fuselage moved to the corner position. The standard accessory is still the same remote control as DJI Air 2S.
As for the Mavic 3 Cine, it seems to be prepared for filmmakers, with the word Cine on the propellers, and additional remote controls with on-screen displays and ND filters are included in the accessories.
