Cube has officially announced the upcoming launch of the iPlay 50 Pro, an advanced tablet computer, scheduled for August 1 at 19:30. The device comes equipped with a powerful MediaTek Helio G99 processor, offering a 40% performance improvement and 80% faster charging compared to its predecessor, the iPlay 40. The standard model includes 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, with an attractive initial price of just 899 yuan ($125).
The Cube iPlay 50 Pro is an entry-level performance tablet with a sleek straight frame and a four-sided widescreen design. It boasts a slim profile, measuring only 8.44mm thick, and weighs just 466g, making it lightweight and easy to carry.
The MediaTek Helio G99 chip, built on a 6nm process, incorporates eight cores arranged in a “2 + 6” configuration. The Cortex-A76 cores can reach a peak frequency of 2.2GHz, while the Cortex-A55 cores operate at 2.0GHz. The integrated Mali-G57 MC2 GPU ensures smooth graphics performance and supports 2133MHz LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 2.2 flash memory.
The tablet features a 10.4-inch display with a resolution of 2000×1200, providing a clear and vibrant visual experience. A 6000mAh battery is built-in to keep the device powered, and it supports 18W MTK PE2.0 charging for faster recharging times.
