CHUWI LapBook 12.3 VS YEPO N737A Notebook 6GB Design, Hardware, Feature, Review with Coupon

The laptop handheld or the ultralight ultrathin pc segment is popular category now a days and brands are racing in their ultrathins after Xiaomi outed theirs. Chuwi has a long list of tablets and notebooks that affordable but not for long as the competing Yepo brand has launched the  Yepo N737A Notebook in direct competition to Chuwi Lapbook 12.3, lets see their major differences.

DESIGN

The Chuwi Lapbook 12.3 is made up of a magnesium aluminum alloy body built with anodizing and 3D sand-blasting procedure. It weighs 1.4 kg and its dimensions are 29.30 x 20.00 x 1.50 cm .  While the Yepo N737A is rather just a mystery at this point in time considering the material used we can say it is made up of metal. It measures 31.80 x 21.40 x 1.00 cm which is a lot thinner than the Lapbook and also weighs just 1.15kg, again 350gm lighter than the chuwi Lapbook. Both have an appealing design, well above the indutry standard of premium notebooks.

HARDWARE

The Chuwi Lapbook 12.3 features a 12.3-inch screen that offers a resolution of 2,736 x 1,824 pixels resolution whereas the Yepo N737A offers a 13.3″ Full HD 1920 x 1080 only LED TFT display. Then the  Lapbook is powered by a Intel N3450 Celeron CPU clocked at 1.1Ghz and can go upto 2.2Ghz with Intel Turbo Boost and the N737 is also powered by the same chip. On the storage side the Lapbook offers a 64GB eMmc while on the N737 you get a 128GB SSD, which is faster than ever. Both have 6GB of RAM space for advance multitasking, only difference is Chuwi has a DDR3 version and Yepo has DDR3L. The lapbook comes with a humongous 8000mAh battery versus the 4800mAh of N737, hence expect more from the Chuwi Lapbook here.

FEATURES

Both the laptops come loaded with Windows 10 Home. and features like 0.3MP front camera, 2 x USB 3.0 ports, mini HDMI port, 3.5mm audio jack, v4.0 Bluetooth and 2.4G/5G dual-band Wi-Fi support. The Yepo supports only 802.11 b/g/n while chuwi has 802.11 b/g/n/ac.

The Chuwi Lapbook and Yepo N737A offer very competitive features at almost similar price ranges, but the main difference I would say here is the internal storage where chuwi lags in because of the eMmc vs SSD on the Yepo, on the other hand you get 12.3″ retina screen in the chuwi versus the 13.3″ full hd screen on Yepo,otherwise both the notebooks offer a lot given the price range they are offered in.
