A Chinese origin manufacturer who has made it known in other regions is Chuwi, a company we usually associate with dual-boot tablets. Well, from now on, Chuwi’s name will also mean gaming PCs, but not any kind of systems, but some compact ones like Chuwi HiGame.
This is China’s first mini PC gaming machine, and it is from the start that it measures 173 x 158 x 73 mm, being even smaller than a ping pong racket. in terms of length and width. It comes with an Intel Core i5-8305G (Gen8) processor and Radeon Vega M graphics with 4GB of memory.
It is mentioned here that the video card would be faster than the NVIDIA GTX 1050, the Chuwi site being presented with some comparative graphics. The PC has 5 USB 3.0 ports, an Ethernet port, two HDMI 2.0 ports, a Thunderbolt 3 port and two DisplayPort 1.3 ports.
We also have a microphone and audio jack port. Chuwi HiGame comes in the standard version with 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB SSD M.2, and the good news is that we have support for upgrading later. Moreover, Chuwi says that HiGame supports VR and AR systems, although the hardware does not seem so impressive.
Apparently, the trading price will be $ 999 and the product will debut on Indiegogo next month as a crowdfunding project. At this rate, I would prefer a laptop with similar or even better features. If you want to know more, we refer you to the official site
