Bittium Tough Mobile 2 is a secure encrypted phone: it has a “multi-layered security architecture” based on the enhanced Android 9 Pie operating system and integrates information security features and software into the source code. This ensures that the data and data transfers stored in the device are protected as efficiently as possible.
Bittium Tough 2 provides secure authentication, key management, boot and runtime security checks, tamper-resistant information security platforms and privacy modes to protect your phone. Mobile phone and encrypted data transfer can be managed remotely via Secure Suite software.
The Bittium Tough 2 is equipped with a 5.2-inch touch screen, which the company says can be used when the hand is wet or when wearing gloves. Equipped with Snapdragon 670, 4GB of memory + 64GB of storage can be extended by mciroSD. The 12MP rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera, support Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC, and MIL-STD-810G compliant shock and drop resistance. It has a 3000 mAh battery and dedicated buttons for privacy mode, emergency, and push to talk.
The Bittium Tough 2 is now pre-sold on Bittium’s website for a price of 1,550 euros (about 11965 yuan).
