According to N.WS7 reported on July 29, the Korean subsidiary of British American Tobacco announced that it will further expand the sales channel of its heating and non-combustion equipment “Glo Hyper Pro” to major convenience stores across the country such as CU, GS25 and Seven-eleven.
To mark the launch in convenience stores, the store will offer discounts of up to 30,000 won ($21.73) for about a month from now until April 25.
The promotion will be carried out simultaneously on online and offline platforms such as convenience stores, official websites, Naver and Kakao nationwide, and Glo Hyper Pro devices will be sold at a discounted price of 39,000 won ($49.98) from the original price of 69,000 won ($28.25).
A representative for the company said,
“Glo Hyper Pro, after several upgrades, has received an average positive feedback of 4.86 out of 5 on major e-commerce platforms just two months after its launch. I hope that through this convenience store entry and promotion, more adult smokers will have the opportunity to experience Hyper Pro.”
