AYANEO 2S console is already available for pre-order, and pricing will be announced later in May.
According to AYANEO’s official previews, up to 64GB of LPDDR5X memory is optional, which is even larger than the 16/32GB available in today’s mainstream laptops.
The AYANEO 2S, meanwhile, is powered by AMD’s Ryzen 7 7840U flagship processor with 8 cores and 16 threads, with a base frequency of 3.3Ghz and a maximum master frequency of 5.1Ghz.
The GPU part is the new Radeon 780M core display, which adopts the more advanced RDNA 3 architecture, built-in 12 computing units, and the graphics frequency up to 2.7Ghz. Compared with the previous 680M, the performance has been significantly improved, with the strongest graphics performance of the current Windows handheld.
In terms of heat dissipation, the console is equipped with the Windows console’s first 3+1 triple copper cooling module, as well as the oversized air outlet design and the addition of graphene heat sink.
In other news, the AYANEO 2S will continue its predecessor’s 7-inch bezel-less screen and streamlined body design, with a combination of the Master all-in-one grip, Hall stick and Hall trigger.
