The crackdown will also focus on non-fixed trade partners. According to the law, the sale of traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes in non-fixed trade objects is prohibited.
Nomov says the government is clear that children must be protected from it. As for adults, hookahs are still available in cafes and restaurants.
