The Asus announced in late April the smartphone Zenfone Max Pro M1 and during the presentation confirmed that he would come up to 6GB of RAM. However, when it was made available for purchase in India, only variants with 3GB and 4GB of RAM were available. Now, there are new indications that Asus intends to bring the most powerful version of the device to the Indian market.
According to what has been revealed, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 has appeared in the Indian Flipkart store in a version with 6GB of RAM. The page still seems to be under construction and because of this, there is not much information on the news that we will see. However, in addition to the extra 2GB of RAM, this version of Zenfone Max Pro M1 should only feature 128GB of internal storage – which has not yet been confirmed.
Moreover, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 should continue with the same technical specifications found in the common version of the device. This includes the Snapdragon 636 chipset and the two main 13MP cameras. Also continuing present is the large 5.99-inch screen with Full HD + resolution, which should appeal to the public because of the absence of the top-notch.
We now have to wait for more information from Asus on when this new smartphone should be made available for purchase in India. During its announcement at the end of April, the company had said that the Zenfone Max Pro M1 with 6GB RAM would reach the market for 15,000 INR ($221, indirect conversion). It remains to be seen whether this will really be the amount charged by him after so long.
