The annual CES will be held this week from January 4 this year in USA, which will be the best time to show its own high-end products, in Smartphone field, Qualcomm has also hinted that they will leak more news about its own flagship processor, Snapdragon 835 at CES, 2017.
According to previous news, this processor will use Octa core design, Kryo 280 architecture, Adreno 540 GPU, supporting 4K screen, UFS 2.1, Dual rear camera and LPDDR4x four channel, Cat.16. It supports QC 4.0 quick charge, based on Samsung 10nm FinFET architecture.
So which smartphone will be the first to use Snapdragon 835 processor? Asus recently hints that they will release the latest flagship smartphone at CES 2017, or they will show its first Snapdragon 835 processor smartphone.
A few hours ago, a famous leaker @evleaks said Asus will bring its second generation Google Project Tango smartphone, Asus Zenfone AR with its real photos. From the photos, we can see the ultra thin frame design with long appearance. The back is integrated with camera and sensor that Project Tango AR technology needs, compared with Lenovo Phab2 Pro, it uses front facing fingerprint scanner.
According to Asus 2017 product line announced before, this Asus Zenfone AR will be very likely to use Snapdragon 835 processor or Snapdragon 821 processor, right now we have to wait for more news about its specs and price, stay tuned here for more first news at CES.
