ASUS officially launched the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED folding screen notebook at IFA 2022, priced at 3,699 euros (about 25,597.08 yuan), and it will be available in the fourth quarter. At CES 2022, ASUS Zenbook 17 Fold debuted, the world’s first 17.3-inch foldable OLED laptop with a screen supplied by BOE.
The ASUS Zenbook 17 Fold features a large 17.3-inch 4:3 2.5K touchscreen that folds in the middle to create two 12.5-inch 3:2 1920×1280 displays. The display is also certified by TÜV Rheinland for eye protection, supports 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, and has Dolby Vision HDR certification. Users can use it with the Asus ErgoSense Bluetooth keyboard and touchpad for a regular typing experience.
In terms of configuration, the laptop is equipped with the latest 12th-generation Intel Core U-series processors, has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, and is equipped with a 75 Wh battery. In addition, the Zenbook 17 Fold features a Dolby Atmos four-speaker Harman Kardon-certified sound system, a high-definition infrared camera, Windows Hello support, and a new Intel Vision Sensing controller chip that supports user presence detection and more.
According to foreign media reports, the model priced at 3699 euros is equipped with an i7-1250U processor, equipped with 16GB of memory, and a 1TB SSD.
