The media last week surveyed the ASUS ROG Phone 6D Extreme Edition gaming phone; most people would rather choose the ROG Phone 6 Pro with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip than the MediaTek 9000+ chip phone. To make matters worse, the second most popular option was “I don’t want a gaming phone at all.
However, it’s not all bad for the Dimensity 9000+ ROG Phone 6D Extreme Edition. 20% of voters said they wanted the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate, and 8% said they wanted the standard version of the ROG Phone 6D.
The ROG Phone 6D Ultimate takes the performance of the Dimensity 9000+ to near-Snapdragon levels. In terms of battery life, although it is a little worse than the Snapdragon model, it can still meet daily use.
ROG Phone 6D uses a 6.78-inch 2448×1080 resolution AMOLED screen, Samsung E4 luminescent material, supports 165Hz refresh rate (60, 90, 120, 144, 165Hz adjustable), 720Hz touch sampling rate.
ROG Phone 6D Extreme Edition also introduces a new “cooler air valve” design, which acts as an openable cooling valve that works together with ROG Cooler 6 and the cooling fins on the ultra-thin vapor chamber inside to make the cooling Air blows directly to the cooling fins, effectively dissipating the heat from the SoC module area for superior cooling.
