The ASUS ROG Phone 3 could be released next month as the phone has received almost all certifications. The flagship was recently spotted at Geekbench and the Wi-Fi Alliance, revealing some key details. Yesterday, the mobile phone was passed by the EC Eurasia Certification Authority. In addition, the accessory page for the company’s device is also available before the release of the mobile.
The certification in the Russian market of the ASUS ROG Phone 3 has the mobile phone with model number ZS661KS. Although the list does not reveal any specifications, it is an indication that the phone will be available worldwide.
The ASUS accessory page mentions a mobile phone with the same model number and suggests that it be shipped with a USB Type-C charging cable. The Wi-Fi Alliance list states that the phone will come with a Qualcomm QCA6390 chipset for connectivity, 2 × 2 dual-band Wi-Fi a / b / g / n / ac / ax, Wi-Fi Direct and Miracast support.
In addition, the Asus ROG Phone 3’s 8GB and 12GB RAM versions appeared on GeekBench with code Asus_1003D and Asus_1003DD respectively. It runs Android 10 and Kona motherboard, which connects to the top Snapdragon 865 SoC. Among them, the 8GB version has a single-core score of 902 points and multi-core 3074 points, while the 12GB version has a single-core score of 910 Points and 3229 points on multi-core.
Asus recently announced a partnership with Unity, a platform used to create mobile games. The company said it would create an add-on for Unity’s Engine that would support five features of the ROG Phone II as well as the upcoming ROG Phone 3.
