At the WWDC2023 developer conference, Apple introduced a new Mac operating system called macOS Sonoma.
The biggest highlight of the system is the introduction of widgets. macOS Sonoma can add widgets to all the widgets on the phone, including the vehicle widgets.
With widgets, users can quickly view the latest information from apps on the MacBook, just like they can on the iPhone or iPad, such as the day’s top news, weather, calendar schedule and battery level. You can also add widgets to your home screen to make this information accessible.
The biggest advantage of macOS Sonoma is the ability to view information or operate on an App without having to open it. Also, Macos Sonoma has new video conferencing speech effects, which increase the presence of speakers during video conferences and allow multiple cascading effects to appear on top of slides.
In addition, macOS Sonoma also adds game mode, which allows games to have the highest priority of CPU and GPU for a smoother experience.
Apple is also offering a new game port kit for developers that makes it easier for game developers to port their games from other platforms to macOS Sonoma.
It’s worth noting that the WWDC2023 conference also invited Hideo Kojima, said that the “Death Stranded” guide version will be brought to the Mac.
