Less than two weeks after the release of Android 13 Beta 4.0, Google today rolled out Android 13 Beta 4.1, and Igeekphone already are getting the update.
Since Google is about to release a stable version of Android 13, this beta release has no major changes, mainly Bug fixes and finishing touches before the stable release.
Specifically, this release fixes the following issues:
Fixed an issue that prevented applications from enabling or disabling Bluetooth if the application did not have “BLUETOOTH_CONNECT” permission, even though the application was targeted at a lower API level that did not require this permission.
Fixed an issue that sometimes caused devices to crash and restart when connecting to certain WiFi networks.
Fixed an issue where Google Meet connectivity might drop while driving.
Fixed an issue where the system could misinterpret GPS data.
Android 13 Beta 4.1 version is TPB4.220624.008 (official GSI image address). The previous version is TPB4.220624.005. You can look for the update in Settings, or you can download it manually by clicking the link below:
