After several months of testing and development phase, Google has finally started rolling stable version ( stable ) from the operating system (OS) Android 11 to the public this week. Users of Google Pixel 2 and above are able to download the Android OS version 11 stable update it is over-the-air (OTA) starting today.
At the same time, Google also started to deploy the Android 11 version of the open beta (not stable ) to a phone number outside the Pixel series, including smartphones crafted by vendors from China like OnePlus, Xiaomi, Oppo, until Realme.
Android OS 11 itself is equipped with a number of new features, such as Bubbles, Conversation Notifications, Voice Access, Media Control, Device Control, One Time Permission, Background Location, Auto-reset Permission, Scoped Storage, and a number of polishing on the design side.
Google usually releases its latest OS updates gradually over the next few days. Thus, if your phone is listed in the list below but has not gotten an update, it is better to be patient a little bit. To update the OS, users usually only need to access the settings menu (Settings), click the “About Phone” menu and click the “Check for updates” button. If there is an update, the user can click the “Download and install” button to update the OS.

There is currently no exact date for when this Android 11 update will arrive on the above phones. However, these are expected to be announced in the next few days.
