In January of this year, @OnLeaks and @Smartmania created the Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) rendering. However, these renderings leave out one important accessory: the stylus. Today, Android Headlines leaked an official rendering of the new phone that includes the stylus.
The Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) will feature a straight screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2200 and a central open-hole front-facing camera. IT House noted that the width of the phone’s side frame is acceptable for this type of model, but the top and bottom bezels are slightly wider. Previous leaks say the device will have a 6.5-inch pOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. But Android Headlines says the screen will be upgraded to a 6.7-inch pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and support for stereo speakers. There will also be a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom of the phone with 128GB of storage.
Official renderings show that the main camera will have a 50MP sensor and may add optical stabilization (OIS). The front-facing camera is expected to be 8MP. While the exact processor model is not yet known, the Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) is expected to feature a Snapdragon mid-to-low end SoC, following last year’s Moto G Stylus 5G (2023), which came with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset and 6GB of RAM. In addition, the battery capacity is expected to remain at 5000mAh.
All the buttons are on the right side of the phone, although this year the fingerprint module may be moved under the display instead of integrated with the power button, and Android 14 will come pre-installed. With last year’s model released on June 2, the Moto G Stylus 5G (2024) should be released in the near future.
