Smartisan has confirmed that it will be launching the Smartisan Nut 3 smartphone on April 9. Today, the company has given out some details on the phone that is scheduled to go official on Monday.
According to Smartisan, the Nut 3 will be coming with a slim body that will be sporting a thickness of 7.16 mm. Even though it will feature a thin body, it will be arriving with a large-sized battery. However, the exact capacity of the battery is not known yet. Previous leaks have revealed that the Smartisan Nut 3 will be coming with a tri-bezeless design meaning that except for the slightly thick bottom bezel featuring the fingerprint scanner enabled home button, its remaining three sides will be featuring thin bezels. It won’t be using the notched display design thankfully.
The Snapdragon 636 chipset will be powering the smartphone. It is the very same SoC that is found under the hood of the Redmi Note 5 for China. The SoC could be coupled with 4 GB of RAM and it may arrive in storage choices like 32 GB, 64 GB, and 128 GB. The company has also hinted that the Smartisan Nut 3 will be coming with a dual camera setup and one thing to note is that it may sport a unique design for it. As of this writing, there is no information available on the pricing for its different storage models.
