TCL-owned BlackBerry is rumored to be working on a successor phone for the well-received KEYOne smartphone. in December, the alleged KEYOne 2 was spotted on Geekbench benchmarking platform. Fresh reports reveal that the screen protectors of the KEYOne 2 smartphone has surfaced on Skinomi’s website. Also, Amazon too has listed screen protectors for the KEYOne 2.
Most fans may have thought that the successor of the BlackBerry KEYOne would be debuting in the market s KEYTwo. However, the appearance of its accessories has unofficially confirmed that the company would be soon debuting the KEYOne 2 smartphone.
Nothing much of the KEYOne 2 is known through the listing of its screen protectors. However, it is speculated that it may feature a screen that is bigger than the 4.5-inch display found on the existing model. Rumors also state that the handset would be arriving with a IP67 certified.
Around three months ago, it was found listed on the Geekbench. Its listing revealed that it has a model number of BBF100-1. It has shown that the smartphone is fueled by Snapdragon 660 chipset and 6 GB of RAM. The handset is running on Android 8.0 Oreo. Rumors also claim that its screen supports resolution of 1620 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 3:2.
As of this writing, there is no information available on the launch date and pricing of the upcoming BlackBerry KEYOne 2. However, it appears that the company may debut it within the second quarter of this year.
