Most of the flagship phones these days are sporting 2:1 aspect ratio. Hence, it appears that Sony could be adopting the same elongated design for its smartphones that are expected to get announced at MWC 2018. Rumors have revealed that the upcoming Sony flagships won’t be featuring 3.5mm audio jack. The Xperia XZ2 is expected to arrive with a 5.2-inch or 5.5-inch FHD+ display, but the Xperia XZ2 Pro could be the first smartphone to arrive with 4K OLED display.
The Snapdragon 845 chipset is speculated to power the Xperia XZ2 and Xperia XZ2 Pro. The latter is rumored to be fitted with dual rear cameras. Both phones may come equipped with rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Rumors have also claimed that Sony would be also unleashing the Xperia XZ2 Compact with flagship specs alongside the aforementioned smartphones.
