It seems that today is the day of the rumors and leaks of Xiaomi, and with the MWC so close, already almost printed on our retinas, it is logical that the different manufacturers have accelerated the different presentations. Because the Mi 7 may be delayed but the Mi Mix 2s does not stop appearing between rumors and leaks, like the latter that leaves part of its interior visible.
Now we talk about a scheme, one that reveals part of its key characteristics among which we see a fairly recent one. Vivo premiered fingerprint readers under the screen with its Vivo X20 Plus UD, a variant of the SD that used the Synaptics solution instead of Qualcomm, and now it seems that Xiaomi will bring it to the market with its Mi Mix 2s.
It is not the only feature we have known about Mi Mix 2s thanks to this last filtration. The fingerprint reader under the screen would be hidden behind what the scheme calls “Full Display 3.0”, which would be the third generation of its screens without borders after the original Mi Mix and the Mi Mix 2. No dimensions at the moment, it seems that the camera would travel to the upper right corner, thus allowing a greater diagonal and fewer frames.
This design with this kind of lateral “notch”, evolving the line already proposed by the iPhone X, is joined by a unibody ceramic body, and hardware features that we already know and are now associated with Mi Mix 2s. Like the Snapdragon 845 brand new Qualcomm, supported by 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM, or as its 256GB UFS memory. 
There is also reference to a 12MP dual camera with optical zoom, and supposedly with the Stereo mode that the brand has been promoting from the past Mi 6. Other data shown speak of global LTE bands. We already announced that the Mi 7 will be the first Xiaomi phone to have compatibility for North American bands and if the Mi Mix 2s comes before it will take away that privilege.

There is not much left for Xiaomi’s appointment in Barcelona and there are many voices that speak of a presentation of this Mi Mix 2s in Barcelona. We will see if Xiaomi is finally encouraged to present what would be the third generation of their Mix phones without frames, an intermediate line to take advantage of the Snapdragon 845 and, as we have seen, introduce the fingerprint readers under the screen.
