Recently, LG announced it was willing to give up the Chinese market due to poor feedback. Although this concerns exclusively the smartphone sector, it remains an indicative phenomenon, which highlights the presence of a strong competitiveness on the part of local companies. In order not to incur a situation of this kind, Samsung usually releases devices specifically for China. And here comes the first rumors about the new Samsung Galaxy C10 (2018).
Design and Data Sheet for China
Reserved exclusively for the Chinese market, the Samsung Galaxy C10 (2018) is presented as a respectable device. The smartphone appeared in a concept that shows extremely optimized frames; in addition, an alleged technical data sheet has been released that includes the presence of a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, accompanied by 4/6 GB of RAM and 64/128 GB of internal memory.
The display is a 6-inch diagonal unit with a resolution of 2K, aspect ratio 18: 9, while the autonomy is entrusted to a large 4000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 support. The fingerprint reader should be integrated into the front Home button; the back cover should accommodate a dual camera and currently, its specific parameters have not been exposed.
Price and Availability
As can be seen from the technical sheet – which, remember, has not yet been made official – the Samsung Galaxy C10 (2018) will certainly not be a low budget. Some rumors refer to a price around 3000 yuan, $480. There is still no news regarding the smartphone’s output; probably the launch will take place after MWC 2018, once the new flagship has been presented.
