Lenovo and Motorola seem to be preparing for an important design overhaul for most of the Moto series phones scheduled to launch this year. After the information about the two models Moto X5 and Moto G6 leaked, recently information about the Moto Z3, Moto Z3 Play model has also leaked to show new design.
Similar to the Moto X5 and G6, the Moto Z3 and Moto Z3 Play will be equipped with the thin bezel, this is the design currently trends on smartphones today.
Both Z3 and Z3 Play models are equipped with a 6-inch screen, 18: 9 aspect ratio. From the leaked images, the screen on the M3 Z3 seems to be slightly curved at the edges, similar to the design on the Galaxy S8 or Note 8. Up until now, information about the Z3 and Z3 Play configurations has not been revealed yet but can be expected to be equipped with Snapdragon 845 processor and high-resolution screen.
Similar to the Moto X5, designs on the Moto Z3 and Z3 Play do not have the appearance of a fingerprint sensor. Possibly, Motorola will integrate fingerprint identification technology under the display into most of the upcoming smartphones, or use new biometrics such as 3D face scans. Moto Z3 and Z3 Play will also be designed to incorporate Moto Mods to further expand the functionality. Moto Z3 may be launched next month’s MWC conference.
