Meizu has officially announced they will hold press conference about new products on January 17 to release its first bezelless screen smartphone, Meizu S6. Today a digital blogger, @Xiongben technology brings a Meizu S6 hands on video, as the image shows, Meizu S6 locked interface shows classic little circle design at the bottom, after entering main interface, the bottom has turned into three virtual buttons.
Before Meizu S6, Meizu models use mBack home button, touching Home button to be back to last level, and then press Home button to be back to desktop, when they want to enter into bezelless screen times, home button will occupy larger screen to body ratio. So virtual buttons have become must for most bezelless smartphone.
In design, Meizu S6 adopts all metal body, hidden U type design, on the back it has Meizu Logo, and adds mBlu logo, too, it adopts fingerprint scanner on the side-mounted way.
As for its specs, Meizu S6 will use 5.7 inch 1440×720 display, powered by Exynos 7872 processor, equipped with RAM 3GB ROM 32GB internal storage, built in 3,000mAh battery, supporting 9V/2A 18W quick charge.
In terms of its specs, Meizu S6 focuses on entry level market, similar to Redmi 5, so the price will also be similar to that of Xiaomi Redmi 5.
