Recently, Huawei CEO Yu Chengdong has leaked that Huawei will create EMUI OS based on Android8.0, offering better fluency and better experience, according to these information, we can see EMUI OS based on Android8.0 O is under testing, and they are optimizing further, namely, we will see them soon.
On November 3, 2016, Huawei Mate 9 releases EMUI 5.0 OS in Shanghai, based on Android 7.0 OS, aiming at the concept, ‘smart, fluent and non-stuck’, when Huawei releases Android7.0 OS, other smartphone manufacturers including Xiaomi has not upgraded to Android N OS.
