On May 9, Qualcomm has officially released the new Snapdragon 660 and Snapdragon 630 processor, currently Snapdragon 660 processor has been used on OPPO R11 first, and it is said there will be more models to use Snapdragon 660 later, but about Snapdragon 630 smartphones, news is rare.
Yesterday at Geekbench, there is a FS8010 Sharp new phone appearing, according to relative information, this new smartphone will be powered by Snapdragon 630 processor, RAM 4GB, preinstalled Android7.1.1 OS, but in terms of scores, Snapdragon 630 has no big difference from Snapdragon 626, maybe it is because prototype smartphone.
According to official, Snapdragon 630 will have Octa core 2.2GHz Cortex-A53 CPU+Adreno 508 GPU, using 14nm process, X12 LTE modem, supporting 8GB RAM, QC4.0 quick charge, supporting high-level RF support, including tracking technology, and Bluetooth 5.0, etc. Compared with Snapdragon 626, its CPU performance will improve 10%, GPU performance will improve 30%.
From previous news, Sharp will release a Snapdragon 660 full screen smartphone, FS8016, so this two smartphones may be released at the same time, and Sharp will be the first to use Snapdragon 630 processor globally.
