The release of the stable version of Android 16 is close at hand, and with the launch of Beta 3 version last month, the system has gradually entered the stage of platform stability. However, even at this stage, there are still some stubborn bugs that need to be fixed. Previously, Google addressed some of the issues with Android 16 Beta 3.1, and now Beta 3.2 brings a new batch of bug fixes.
Igeekphone noted that similar to the previous update, the update to Beta 3.2 is not much, mainly to put some finishing touches. Despite the brevity of the update log, Google is still working on a few important sounding bugs:
Fixed an issue (issue #392319999, #400455826) that resulted in inaccurate haptic feedback calibration in some cases.
Fixed an issue (issue #398329457) that caused excessive battery drain even when the device was not in use.
Fixed an issue with Pixel 6 and 6 Pro devices where the screen occasionally flickers when using the camera to take pictures or record video.
Fixed some other issues that affected system stability and availability.
For users who have already participated in the Android 16 test program, there is no need to do anything manually. Google’s Android 16 Beta 3.2 version will be automatically pushed to Pixel phones via OTA updates, just wait patiently for update notifications.
