Igeekphone news on November 25, news source @saaaanjjjuuu tweeted on the X platform on November 23, revealing that Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Z series folding mobile phone next year, equipped with 3nm process Exynos 2500 chip.
Igeekphone previously reported that Samsung originally planned to take the lead in deploying the Exynos 2500 chip in the Galaxy S25 series of mobile phones, but due to the yield of less than 20%, so in the global market, the entire system uses Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Supreme version for Galaxy chip.
The latest news said that Samsung did not give up the Exynos 2500 chip, but will postpone the launch of the Galaxy Z series folding phone launched in July to August next year, may be the first to be equipped in the Galaxy Z Flip7 small folding phone.
The source also revealed the architecture design of the Exynos 2500 chip, which uses 3+5+2 clusters, three Cortex-X925, five Cortex-A725 and two Cortex-A520 cores, and is paired with a high-performance Xclipse 950 GPU. Performance should be able to meet the needs of high-end phones.
