Igeekphone December 22 news, earlier this month, ZTE officially announced that the first Wi-Fi 7 router has passed the National Radio Monitoring Center test, will soon be listed.
At present, the new BE7200 Pro+ has been put on the shelves on Jingdong and other platforms, and will soon open an appointment to buy, the current price is 649 yuan, and there should be a corresponding price cut after the official launch.
It should be noted that the new product details page has not yet any specific specifications, the main picture shows that it is equipped with ZTE’s self-developed WiFi 7 main control chip, has a PC-level independent acceleration engine, and is equipped with dual 2.5G network ports.
Wi-Fi 7 is the most powerful home wireless network protocol, bringing high throughput, low latency, anti-interference, wide coverage and many other upgrades.
For example, the new MLO (Multi-Link Operation) chip-level multiplex connection technology is introduced on Wi-Fi 7, and the mobile phone connected to the Wi-Fi 7 router can achieve two high-speed channels of concurrent information to achieve high throughput.
In popular terms, this is similar to two highways to transmit signals together, the throughput is larger, to avoid network speed reduction, stalling, dropped lines and so on.
Wi-Fi 7 also introduces 4096-QAM, which increases the carrying capacity of each network transmission from 10 bits to 12 bits, and improves the throughput performance of Wi-Fi 7 by about 20% compared to Wi-Fi 6.
Wi-Fi 7 typically has a speed of 30Gbps and peaks of over 40Gbps, while Wi-Fi 6 has a peak speed of 9.6Gbps and Wi-Fi 5 has a peak speed of only 3.5Gbps.
