The 14-inch memory version from Xiaomi is currently out of stock on major e-commerce platforms, leading to a shortage in the market. As a result, some netizens expressed their concerns about the potential upgrades for Xiaomi Mi 15.

Since the pre-sale began, Xiaomi Mi 14 has captured the attention of the entire Internet. Its price of 3,999 yuan triggered a buying frenzy, leading to a rapid depletion of available stock.
This machine features the third-generation Snapdragon 8 flagship mobile platform, constructed using TSMC’s 4nm technology. The architecture has been upgraded to 1+5+2, with a super-large core clocked at 3.3GHz. Five large cores operate at speeds of 3.15 GHz and 2.96 GHz, while the energy-efficient cores consist of two Cortex-A520 units clocked at 2.27 GHz.
According to officials, this CPU generation has seen a 30% increase in peak performance, a 35% boost in GPU peak performance, a 34% reduction in CPU power consumption while maintaining the same performance, a 38% decrease in GPU power consumption with equivalent performance, and a 43% decrease in AI power consumption.
Moreover, the Xiaomi Mi 14 is equipped with Xiaomi’s ring-shaped cold pump cooling system, ensuring excellent performance and extended 4K 60fps video recording capabilities.
Regarding its display, the Xiaomi Mi 14 boasts a 6.36-inch 1.5K screen, supporting LTPO variable refresh rates, and global DC dimming, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus2 on the front.
