However, according to Reddit user feedback, Pixel 6/7 series models after upgrading Android 14, the phone is no longer too hot, and it runs more smoothly, and users also feedback that the battery life has also improved.
Note: Google’s Tensor G1 and Tensor G2 are built on Samsung’s 5nm node, which is less efficient than TSMC based chips. In contrast, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 and Gen 2 chipsets are based on TSMC 4nm nodes and operate at much lower temperatures.
